Okay let me start off my saying that this company is wrong is so many ways. But the most thing you should know before reading my report this that before I did research on this I thought I had landed myself the best job there is to offer.
First of all, I was searching for jobs on the internet and found an advert saying: FHM; Fun Hard = Money. I thought 'WOW' having fun while making money this is the job for me. So as anyone who wants the job, I sent off my CV and Covering Letter. The same day I got a phone call from the company I sent my CV off to, asking me to come in for an interview the next day, the women I spoke to was to happy and lovely. And as you could imagine I was cuffed!
So I went to the interview the next day all excited and nervous, I went into One Way Marketing Office, everyone was lovely smiling at me saying hi to me and the receptionist told me to take a seat and to fill in a couple of forms, and I waited for Aylce to come and get me to take me into the office and interview me. There was blasting music, people shouting and cheering and everyone was happy bunnies.
She was lovely, she asked me a few questions and told me about the company, and then told how impressed she was by me and told me that I already got a second interview. Everything was going so well and quick.
So when I went home I was cuffed and so happy and looked forward to the next interview. BUT before the next interview, the day before, I did research on the company; One Way Marketing and Cobra. I foudn nothing but bad things and dispicable things about this organization it was disgusting, mostly it on this site. I couldnt believe what I was reading. BUT I very quickly knew I was not going through with this. But I was so curious, I wanted to see what I had read about the organization being liars, and corrupted. I wanted to see if it were true. So I thought ide go to it and then reported what I had found out.
The second interview; 12:45. I was told by the way that I would be finished by 8-8:30pm. But I will tell later what time I finished. But anyway, I met Ogo at the second interview. And everything I had read about peoples experience was true. They lied. I read that someone was told that there leaders were on loads of money and how they were going to buy big cars and big houses in the future. The whole time I was there, I always remembered the reports on this site, and what everyone had on their experience. I was thinking (when they were lying trying to make me think this is the bext job ever) that they are all so full of it.
Oh and I didnt get home till 11 in the night! And after the filed work. I had my final interview. And they gave me the job and of course I pretended I wanted it but really I was just messing with them. They wanted me to work basically from 10:30am till 11pm the next day and everyday after that. I was like HELL NO! But I pretending I wanted to.
So from what I observed yesterday at the second interview I can share you that ;
No one there cares about anyone, they dont care as long as they are feeding money off you.
They do not want workers they want slaves
They want people to work 12 hours a day for a poxxy 30 the most a day (realistic - they will lie and tell you that you will earn loads more than that)
They lie to employees, clients, and their customers.
So please if you do work for this organization and are applying for this please read some more reports and see that this is so wrong in so many ways.
From what I have seen today I sicked and shocked that from everything people have said on this site it was true.
There are more ways to earn 30 in less than 8 hours a day. So of course I didnt turn up the next day, I had calls of them, of course I ignored them. And I am so grateful for this site because If thsi site didnt exist I propably would have taken this job without knowing that its wrong. So thank you I dodged a huge bullet.
