Mark t. MONTGOMERY is VERY difficult to deal person. Mark Montgomery likes to portrays himself as honest CAI trained manager, while the facts are 100% to the contrary. Mark Montgomery is totally dishonest manager who puts his own interest way above the interest of the employer. He LIES and STEALS form homeowners and should strictly be avoided by every prudent homeowner Association in the State of California.
On January 29 Mark T. Montgomery, was caught stealing from Cross Creek Village HOA substantial amount of money by writing himself sizable checks with no right to do so. Because Mark Montgomery became the THREAT TO THE COMMUNITY, Mark T Montgomery was escorted by a Security officer out of the complex, right after being FIRED by the Cross Creek Village HOA Board of Directors. Mark Montgomery refused to return HOA money. Mark T. Montgomery refused to even return HOA keys and caused further damage to Association when the Association that just Fired Mark had to rekey the locks for safety reasons. [continued below]...
