I recieved a letter from Virtual Securities Services and a check for $3,980. To deposit for taxes on winning for $250,000.00. Letter stated not to deposit check, but call and wait to send the $2,995

Received letter from Virtual Securities out of Midland Ontario.
Letter stated pleased to inform you that you are 1 of 20 winners of $5 million dollar and your share is the sum of $250,000.00. Enclosed is a check for $3980.00 but do not cash. Call McGregor Wells and teh sume of $2995.00 is to be paid directly to the tax agent.
