I paid for my product and expected it to be here within a week. I have never shopped online before, had the website take my money, never to be heard from again. No confirmation e-mail of my order, no e-mail that the product is out of stock, no refund.
I called the website number from my homephone here in Norway today and got a voice message asking me to use the e-mail address for requests. I sent an e-mail, but from the looks of usacomplaints.com I've been reading, I guess I've been ripped off too! All I can do now is get in line and write my own report.
I've ordered a flirt pole from a serious website instead.
