I choose to use Under Budget Cabinets to order and install new cabinets in my kitchen. I purchased in full an entire kitchen and bathroom vanity cabinets totaling $5915.89, $1000.00 of that being in cash, the remainder of $4915.89 was given by check, on Feb 18. Within 48 hours I came into legal issues and had to cancel my order. I never signed a contract with this company, and legally have 72 business hours to cancel my order. I called them immediately to cancel my order and requested a FULL refund. I have since called multiple times to contact the owner, who has not once returned ANY of my calls. The salesman Dan Gordon told me that he would call me with an update, and I have not heard from him in 4 business days. This company is a joke. I had even said that I would come back to them once my issues had been cleared... I have since changed my mind. I will never do business with this company again. I do not want to have to take legal action against them, but at this point I feel I have no choice.
