I placed an order with DY Home at the beginning of Feb.
After waiting a few weeks, I started trying to contact them for the status of my order. Their recorded phone message states that someone will get back to you by the end of the business day — FORGET IT!!! THen I tried sending a fax — again no response.
THey also tell you to send an e-mail, but then there's no spot to do this from. You get yourself into a circular pattern in and out of the same web pages with no opportunity to send an e-mail. I tried calling Cypress, TX info for a different phone number and they don't even have a listing for this company.
Better BUsiness BUreau here I come.
