ASC Customer Service is a joke after months of trying to modify; they lost my faxes and each reps told me something different. I foreclosed and was given a notice from a realtor to be out of my home. I must say God is good and everyone postings help sooo sooo much so keep informng others and do not bother with the reps at ASC they have no real info. Do not use loan modification scammers out there. Just trust God and email Heiden and call her she will do what she can to help.
