Wrongful billing/wrong name acc# not in system 10-09

We changed over to this com.in good faith, we then ask them to get a credit ref. Forus until the 1st theywouldn't, so we ask them to come get their tanks and we would settle the agreement on the contrack. They never came to pick them up as they were ask to do. They themselves waited till yearss went by before coming to settle this issue @hand. We do not owe this new named comp. Any$. They didn't even have a account#in oct 09 hargen was all they could pull up on me We notified these people only by answering machine for years because they wouldn'tanswer the phone. This hes been a great grevance on my husband and myself as we are old live on a very fixed income. They have sent us wrongful bills since 2004or2005 acc.#is5299. Thankyou...
