Destroyed my sidewalk and driveway apron when hired to aerate my lawn and would not return calls

I hired this person to aerate my lawn. He also aerated my sidewalk and driveway apron. He left without telling me and I made the mistake of giving him a check ahead of the job. Not that it would have mattered because the cost to repair the damage is exponential to what I paid. We called and left messages and he never returned our calls. This year he had the gall to leave us a flyer. I emailed him and said please do not leave any advertisements unless you intend to repair the damage you caused. Of course I never heard from him.
