Company re-sodded a portion of my lawn..in doing so, they damaged the driveway with their equipment. Mr. Martinez said he would be back to repair the damage and never showed up. I spoke with him a number of times (4), same answer, I'll be back to repair it. THIS WAS JULY..
I reported it to the BBB of West Florida. He never answered their letters. Before you pay him, make sure there isn't any damage to property.
