We have some giant pieces of furniture and were downsizing from a large house to a much smaller 2 story condo and not only did they get everything in, all furniture was intact without a scratch! They took problematic furniture apart and reassembled it quickly to get items upstairs and they never complained once! They almost seemed to enjoy the challenge. We felt bad for the level of difficulty and apologized like crazy but they were so nice they shared humerous stories about situations that were way worse than our move. That made us feel a lot better!
