Filed a Judgment which attached my exempt social security and workers' compensation payments from my bank accounts

I told Pressler & Pressler I am exempt from judgments, because my sole income is from social security disability and workers' compensation. Ignoring this, they went to the court and filed for summary judgment and trial. They did not disclose to the court that money in my bank accounts is exempt, before they asked for Summary Judgment against me, and unlawfully seized my bank accounts, amounting to $1,392.93. Now, they are claiming I never told them that. They are asking for 3 months of bank statements, before deciding whether they will release my money.in the meantime, my checks outstanding will bounce, and big bank fees will be added to the $125.00 fee already seized from my account by the bank to process this illegal seizure.

The money they claim I owe was, I believe, charged off several years ago. The company, Capital One, told me I did not have another account with them several years ago, so I believe the amount Pressler & Pressler is claiming I owe is a complete fabrication on their part. After reading other complaints, I am more convinced this was an illegal lawsuit from the inception.
