speeding - 15 June 6:00 driver racing significantly faster than traffic down Palm. Each time I explained that the residential speed limit is 15-25 miles per hour’; verified: Hemet Police, 17 June; UPS is diving well beyond these speeds and the company is not responding appropriately.
