I have owned this Lanair Waste Oil Furnace since it has broken down every winter and cost me days of productivity and aggravation. The Tech Support & Parts Departments must be together because all Tech Support does is try and sell me parts. I purchased a new burner (About $300.00) in Oct/Nov and it just went out again (Feb) but it only has a 90 day warranty (What a piece of crap) and they wont cover it, they will sell me another one though! I highly recommend that nobody ever buy a Waste Oil Furnace from Lanair, you'll be waisting a lot of money!
