Was merging through a forced merge lane and driver 1601 was in such a hurry to get to his job he didn't give a rats who he was gonna run over to get there. Driver was competing to get ahead of me and I had to slam the brakes because he wasn't going to let me in.
When I politely called the company to report the discourtesy the person who answered the phone was more interested in having an argument about what he thought was discourteous, and giving me the 3rd degree - than he was interested in simply accepting my concern. So I called another company to clear my plugged system tonight, and I recommend you do the same.
There are plenty of companies to call that are more socially responsible than this company.
Based on his argumentative attitude I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
