Jubilee Homes & Supportive Services, Inc. Also known as JHSS Inc., has several mailing addresses under their name. Their place of actual business is at 26 Cree Trail, Albrightsville, PA 18210. They are licensed for eight (8) teenager girls which is listed as a Foster Home/Group Home for disadvantaged teenager girls. It is also a Non-Profit Business. Out of seventeen employees that has been hired since 11/08 through the current date of 10/27/09 not one Staff Employee has been paid and twelve of these Staff Employees has already filed a Labor & Industry Complaint against Jubilee Homes for non-payment to these twelve employees.
This facility is suppose to help young teenager girls and keep them safe, but believe us twelve Staff former Employees this is not true at all. The Regional Director, Rosalyn Hutchings has lied to these young teenagers, has said nasty things to them in regards to their families and why they had been placed with Jubilee Homes. During trainings for the former Staff Employees, lies has been told about the teenagers under our care during our employment and lies to these young teenager girls had been told to them about the former Staff Employees. One teenager had six or seven ear doctor appointments and not one of them ever was kept by the Regional Director and this same teenager's High School wanted this teenager in a Behavior School and a appointment had been made for the intake of this teenager, but the Regional Director has the Principal of this High School cancel this appointment in September.
The Regional Director also uses the fact that "everyone is against her, because she is a Black Women", well, when two of these teenagers had been removed on October 2 to another Group Home again, this Regional Director used the same reason why this County Offical in PA was removing the two teenagers, but it was a wonderful Black Women that these same two teenagers had been turned over too. Best of all if anyone of you want to, call Bergen County Children & Youth of New Jersey and speak with them in regards to Jubilee Homes, let them tell you what they think of Rosalyn Hutchings running of Jubilee Homes. They will be sure to give you an ear full. Better yet, go on Google.com and type in who is Rosalyn Hutchings, scroll down or just double click on everything you find, you will see a eye full. We tell you no lies here.
Insurance documents had been faxed over to this County Office in PA, fully knowing that Jubilee Homes did not have the following: Business General Liability Insurance which was canceld back on September 11; Worker's Compensation Insurance was discontinued back in instead what this Regional Director did was take a old Certificate of Insurance that she had and then changed the dates of all policies that had been listed on this old Certificate and then she faxed it from her home to this County in PA. Why, so a Contract could be signed and two and a half months of payments would be released to Jubilee Homes.
Or you can go to Mt. Vernon, NY and see if they have a police report on from Robert & Rosalyn Hutchings who by the way use to live in Mt. Vernon, NY back in 1987. Google.com will show you a PA State Real Estate file on how Rosalyn Hutchings committed a crime by completing roughly five to six or even more "apprasials" and she was not licensed nor certified to handle this type of work, this was under her other business called, Glamous Real Estate in Effort, PA. She was fined $6,000.00 for this crime.
It gets better, the original sign in and sign out daily sheets for all employees has been tampered with and not one call or letter with this Regional Director of Jubilee Homes accept from the Labor & Industry, so now Labor & Industry has filed with their Legal Department.
But according to this Regional Director, her former Staff was not "respecting her" as this was how she feels, not that she was running a poor Group Home or didn't have "medical logs" for her Staff to record medications given to these teenager daily. Oh, she didn't even notify County Officals in PA when "incidents occured" at Jubilee Homes, why, "its all because of the money" and thats all that matters to Rosalyn Hutchings.
