TWA Resale
Its been over a year and the company Has not sold my timeshare when they promised within 90 days it would be sold

In April I was called by TWA Resales. They promised my that they could sell my Timeshare within 90 days. TWA Resales charged me $1,350 and my timeshare hasn't been sold and is almost March. I have called numerous times, but only get a answering machines. I have left messages, but no replies back. I need help in trying to get my money back! They are ripping people off and I would like to sue this company!
