Direct Connect Communications Gladly took my money, told me they don't babysit their employees

Was welcomed with open arms after paying money. Got info in mail with instructions on how to get started. Followed through on instructions until I could not get in to one of the web sites listed. (Seems it was being refurbished, try again in a few days).

The web site that I was trying to connect to had the User Guide. So I was stuck. The next thing was to call customer service which I did. Not a good experience unless you like to be put down and told that they do not hold your hand, nor babysit their employees.

Called the 1st person I had talked to, left voice mail, got reply 2 days later. Told I would be called by another and that she would fill out paperwork for me to get my money back. This 2nd person called me back and said she couldn't do that but would talk to a manager and call me back. Have not heard back yet, that was Friday, this is Tuesday.

Also looked with company up on the BBB, Better Business Bureau, they got an F for a grade if I read it correctly!

At this point it is still unresolved.

Please, please, do NOT sign up with this company!!
