I had wal mart connect for about a year. Recently i called to cancel my service. They told me i had just paid for this month of service and to keep it and call back in a month. I argued with several people about cancelling.
Finally they said they would cancel ir effective immediately. I thought it was over. Two weeks later my card was billed again. I cant even log on to their site. So i called customer service and got a big run around. The person said i would no longer be charged.
I told him i shouldnt have been charged for this month. He kept saying you will no longer be charged. I told him i wanted my money back. Im not paying for something i dont use. The man hung up on me and everytime i called back that day i got hung up on.
I cant believe someone like walmart treats their customers like this. This is sad. Whatever you do, do not use walmart connect/netscape isp. You will be paying forever and never get your money back. There should be something i could do about this but i see they do this to alot of people and get away with it.
