I asked a question related to my using adobe photoshop elements. I agreed to pay $16.00 for an acceptable answer. I received no answer but was charged. I have tried reaching the company for a refund but have been ignored. Please assist me in getting my refund. I also want my Visa info deleted from the company's records. Lorie Grove
