I ordered a free trial offer and all you had to do was pay shipping of 3.95. I made the order and never received the product. It was for Auci berry. Then i get a statement on my banking account for 29.95 and i called and it was within 14 days so they refunded my money. The guy i talked to said they had been having alot of misunderstandings about their ads and were refunding the money and everything would be taken care of. The next day i had my 29.95 back in my bank account.
Well a week later i get a charge for 89.95. I called them as soon as i saw the charge and i was sent from person to person. I finally ask to talk to a supervisor and my husband got on the phone with him. He told me husband the free pills had been sent already. And then they send another so many day supply of them for 89.95. He told him we had canceled that the past week and he said we canceled with one company but not with his company. We i was only dealing with one company so we ask how his company fit into the picture and he tells us they just do.
He was very rude and we ask when the shipment had been sent to us and he said the other day. We ask for a tracking number and they dont have tracking numbers. He never would give us a day the pills were sent just the other day. He said we could sent the pills back to them and when they received a tracking number he would refund out money. They dont have tracking but think i am going to get tracking for them. Plus i have talked to some women online who say to this day they have never gotten their pills at all.
So this is not only stealing and very unfair on their ads there is nothing saying anything about signing up with a third party on anything.
I am going to our bank tomorrow to stop this charge from going through. I hope that somehow something can be done to stop these people from ripping people off they way they are. There has to be something you can do to stop them. This is not only unjust them taking peoples money like that it is down right disgusting.
