Resulting From a TV advertisement on or about January 11 I placed an order for one (1) "Palm Wallet " from "Clear Point Direct.ca (reference cc 00136) paid by personal check dated Jan 11th. On the same day I also placed another order for one (1) Hearing Aide kit from "Clear Point Direct.ca (reference CC 90311. The hearing aide kit was received via Canada Post within 10 days but the "Palm Wallet has as of this date Feb. 22.2010 not been received. A toll free phone call was placed 1-866-430-8155 which had a automatic voice referral to a 2nd toll free number 1 866-430-8155 which directed me to a "all lines are busy please wait " after waiting for about 10 minutes a automated notice saying that due to a large back order delays in shipping the "Palm Wallet" could be from two to four weeks. If you would like to speak with a operator please stay on the line. I did just that only to receive another automated response that just said (Quote (Thank you for calling good bye) end of phone call. This whole procedure was carried out twice with the same negative result
