Complaint worked, rec'd item

I placed an order for bras on 7/17, check cleared my bank 7/31. Nothing happened by 8/18 so I went to Clear Point Direct home page & chose Contact Us link. I wrote that I was requesting a copy of cancelled check from my bank & would then present to Los Angeles Sheriff, with note that Sheriff had reputation for pursuing similar cases. I demanded refund of full amount, including shipping. When I got copy of cancelled check, I waited a few days. On 8/28 I rec'd the items. No order copy, no packing slip, etc. Just merchandise in an envelope.By that time I would really have preferred the refund, but at least I have the items now.
