I was in Las Vegas & about to head back to the L.A. Valley. From a Target parking lot, a guy in an Acura pulls up claiming to come from Italy and had come from the fasion convention center for a company he workded for and showed me his Italian passport along with his 7 hundred dollar car rental receipt that he had to pay. He pulled out 6 Jackets from his backseat and claimed to be worth $1,500 each. For the amount of the car rental receipt he was willing to give me all the jackets. I was ready to walk when his ears were open for an offer and I gave him 3 bills for the 6 jackets. I figured that if it were to be a scam, at least I paid alley cost for fakes at 50 a piece. My friends were clowing like if they knew I got conned for a bunch of fake jackets and was willing to chase him the moment he left in case I had a change of mind. I regret not taking the passport and going through it in detail. I wouldn't had paid knowing they were fake, but they do look nice. Will make a nice gift.
