IEA calls you when your company is listed as a holder for a booth on a trade show. This company says its affilitated with the trade show coordinator and states they give discounted hotel stays. They get your company credit card info and set the reservation however, they are NOT affiliated with the trade show nor the hotels. The money are never paid to the hotel and they are not returning any phone calls or emails. They are listed as a legitimate company but they do not respond the BBB complaints either. Do not give any credit card info out. Lots of companies are being ripped off by these guys unfortunately my admin asst was a little niave to think these guys don't exist. Live and learn but I hope somebody gets these guys. They say they are partnered with XRadio.Biz, Las vegas limousines, LVTN, Spe zie, View 2.1.5, Henderson Pavillion. They list their address as 3007 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy Henderson, NV. 89052, Phone numbers: 866-865-0410 and fax as 888-304-6920. I called the fax and the funniest human comes on and says BEEEEEEEEP! What a joke. Somebody please stop this company
One company at the trade show as ours sent 17 employees for one week at $139.00 a night. I am glad our loss was only at $1112.00 plust the reimbursement at a higher rate to the employees who had to pay with their own credit cards another 1800.00
