I too seem to have been taken in by this company.
My Order ID is 372766. My phones were verified on 1/4, and per the User Agreement, they have 45 days to send payment. Well, it's been over 45 days, and the online status says that no check has been cut.

It's disingenuous in the extreme to plead that you're a legitimate business, yet sometimes you mess up... The problem with this explanation is that people are complaining that according to your very own status tool, their phones have been verified, yet according to your very own status tool, they haven't been issued payment. It should be a trivial task to run a report every day on your database to determine which orders have been verified more than 45 days ago yet have empty "We cut you a check: " fields. If your IT person or people aren't competent enough to do this, fire them and hire ones that are. (Lord knows in this economy there are enough qualified IT people looking for work who would jump on such an opportunity.) Again, this is pretty trivial stuff. It's a trivial task, from your perspective, to ensure that the "mistakes" you're making don't happen. So the only rational explanation is that you are simply uninterested in preventing these sorts of mistakes.
I'll also add that it doesn't exactly inspire confidence when the President of a company trying to defend itself as legitimate implores people to email him at his Yahoo address. Can I contact your corporate counsel at his Hotmail address? Or is he still using AOL?
This is really ridiculous. One day you're going to upset the wrong person and you're going to have a class-action lawsuit on your hands. It seems like it would be fairy easy to discover a class of people who have been similarly harmed by your business' practices.
