On November 23, I went on line and ordered an Uplift Power seat. Except for the charge of $277 showing up on my credit card bill, I have not received any correspondence about this order, nor have I received the merchanidse.
I have tried on numerous occasions to fax and call but have not gotten anywhere. I have also written several times. I wrote to the Michigan Better Business Bureau and they haven't received a response either.
At this point, all I want is a refund.
