I had been a customer several times at Starbucks. The employees were very nice, and inside of Starbucks was a very clean and delicate atmosphere - so those were huge pluses. Free wi-fi also available, so that's another major plus.
Their products were great also, especially the java chip frappucino (my favorite) and the bakeries.
