I had a sandwich at Starbucks in Brighton Great Britain and there was a stone in it. It was a fairly big stone and might have destroyed my teeth. They took my details and promissed that the company would get in touch. Obviously they never did.
And it wasn't the first time I had a need to complain to Starbucks.
