Company uses the term "refurbished" when the item is actually just pulled from a machine in the hopes that it still works. Do not order from this company. Items are shipped damaged and/or non=operational. There is a long tedious process for refunds with an array of restocking fees even for non working items.
I received a case and a motherboard from them. The case was dented in the back (the shipping box was not. This means they packaged it damaged and then shipped it out. The motherboard they sent me was fried and the backplate to go with it wasn't even the right backplate to install with it. You are seriously gambling your money if you place a order with these people. Do not mistake their low prices for deals. The low prices are just a lure to get your money and send you junk parts.
