My local provider, Verizon, charged $14.95 monthly to my account for a unknown service from Trivoice Inter phone company. When asked,
1) Verizon failed to provide my authorization about the charge.
2) Verizon failed to provide the contract of business between Verizon and Trivoice.
3) Verizon also failed to provide the process of how charge is requested from Trivoice.
With all three above, our local companies not just rip us off. They robbed us! They failed to accept their responsiblities for this business with Trivoice.
I would like to call all victims of this scamp from all phone companies, AT&T, Verizon, etc be together and ask for a protection as clients and the reimbursement.
