First, this company has a lot of aliases so buyer beware! It took a lot of circling to find out who was taking money out of my account. It turns out to be the same company. Fisher Financial Inc or Nation's Choice Mortgage or InterestDirect Inc. Are all one and the same deceptful operation.
This company refinanced my home in 2007 and included in the flurry of paperwork made me sign something I didn't know that was above and separate from the loan docs. It's not in the closing docs. Now they say they charged me $18,000 to 'buy down a rate'. Till date, they take $300 out of my account every month. Years after the loan has been sold.
Doing business with NAtion's Choice Mortgage, Fisher Financial Inc or InterestDirect is taking a loan at your own risk. I have serveral mortages and I've been lucky all except for this one. I was duped.
