I purchased a car in December attracted by the price and the offer of a 1 year warranty of any vehicle. Upon visiting and setting up the deal, and paying cash, they told me they could not honor the warranty and were already losing money on the deal. The manager was called in and in front of my wife and I, called the web developer and demanded the warranty information on the website be taken down immediately. I walked out threatening to call the Better Business Bureau for bait and switch tactics. They called me back less than 10 minutes later saying that they miraculously could offer me the warranty. We went back and purchased the car, was told the title would be mailed to me in about 3 weeks.
