Lemon seller! Buyer beware, better yet, don't even bother with them!

I am writing this to warn all potential buyers to Maximum Deals and also to inform those victims of their deceptive practice that we are filing law suit against Maximum Deals. If you are one of those victims and are considering law suit, please contact me or have your lawyer contact me.
Here is our situation: My cousin-in-law purchase a Lexus RX300 from Maximum Deals, the salesperson show her the Carfax report and told her everything is working good and there is no problem with the car. (Bear in mind, she does not speak english much less read it). She brought the car with car and two days later, the check engine light came on. She brought it back to Maximum Deals to have it checked out and they told her everything is working fine. Less than a week later, loud noises was coming out of the engine and they again brought it back to the deal, this time with her 9 yr old son (the only one in the family that speak english). They told her son that all they needed was change the engine oil. However, worried my cousin-in-law and her husband brought the car to Lexus service to have it checked out the every next day. They were told that the engine is bad and needs to be replaced.
My wife called Maximum Deals and told them what the Lexus service diagonize was and was told that her cousin can come back to Maximum Deals and purchase the extended warranty and wait a week to file the claim. I came involved in this because what Maximum Deals was telling them amount to insurance fraud and I do not want them getting themselves involved in a fraud. I took the vehicle to my cousin and his friend to take a look at and they said that there were years of "sluge" build up from not having the oil changed and that Maximum Deals was in the wrong for not disclosing that information.
We brought the vehicle back to Maximum Deals and told them what the Lexus service told us and what my cousin and his friend found. They claimed that they do not check within inside of a vehicle and that it was sold to my cousin-in-law with no "pre-existing" conditions. I told the guy I found it very questionable that they do not know what the condition of the vehicle is as they are a dealer and have mechanics. The guy again offered to sell her the extended warranty and told her she can file a claim in about a week and offer to split the cost of the warranty with her. I told them that is not acceptable as they sold her a damaged vehicle without disclosing it. He took my number down and said that his supervisor will definitely get back with me, but I have not heard anything back from them.
In the meantime, I took the car back to Lexus service to have a full diagnosic and photos taken of the interior of the engine that we will be presenting to the court.
If you have similiar experience, please post your experience, we would love to get as many testimonies about their deceptive business practices as we can. Dealers like this should not be staying in business, please help ensure they do not continue to rip other innocent people, especially minorities that escaped their oppressive government to find a better way of life here.
