If you get these people to move. Good luck to you. We gotthem to move us from New Orleans toColorado after Katrina. Theyshowed up with a truck that was too small and stuffed it to the brim with ourfurniture and then had to go back to the house and get some of ourthings. Later "I might add that we never got those things" they saidthey didn't have room for it. Also their truck was suppose to follow us. Theydidn't. We had the drivers cell phone number and he wouldn't answer for a fewdays. I have no idea where they were during that time. Also when we asked himwhere he was, he said that some of his homies and him were visiting family onthe way up. I asked the manager at the office about this and they kept saying"oh they are on the way." It was plain BS. We were already backafter three days they call us and say we will meet you at the storage. We wereat the storage for over two hours waiting and decided to go down the highway toinvestigate just in case they had an accident. We found them eating at asubways never calling us to say we will be in a little later. When they started unpacking the truck my wife started cryingas they had totally destroyed a 6000.00 dining room set and also some familyheirlooms. We finally got our things in the storage room and startedphotographing the damaged items for insurance claims and found they had doneabout 7500.00 dollars total damages. We called the manager and they told us. No problems, sendthe photos and documentation to us and our insurance people will file yourclaim and we will pay you. Ok we took the address and sent the package ofphotos and documentation to the offices with a registration to make sure theygot it. We sent registered mail to the company they refused it andthen we sent again same thing. They cheated us out of our money and I wouldnever ever use them for even carrying a child's toy across the street. Period..
They took advantage of people during Katrina ripping us off because they new the courts were backed up for years. We have filed a report with the BBB of New Orleans
