I order a set of 4 AGX struts for my 99 Pontiac Grand Am from this company on Dec, 13 and was sent an email of purchase confirmation. The Email stated that I would receive a tracking number from Fedex as soon as it shipped. After a week with no reply from the tracking number. I called them at 10:25am on December, 21. I asked the customer representative when my order would be ship and she told me it was going out that day. So I said thank you and hung up. I waited through Christmas for a tracking number and still nothing. So I called them on Dec, 27, a different customer rep answered the phone. He was very pleasant and went back to the warehouse check on my order, but when he returned he told me that he was sorry and that the order was on back order. I asked them to return my money with in two hours or I would be seeking legal counsel. I would not suggest ordering from this company. It seems to be going down hill from all the report I have been finding.
