My family and I were grossly overcharged for our phones in this store! After purchasing our phones at what we thought was a verizon store in New Bern we found out later that night that we were charged an extra fifty dollars a phone and that this store was actually just a dealer. Not to mention the 4 upgrade fees charged by Ross our salesman. If this guy tries to help you then runaway because you will get ripped off!
Well we took our phones back the next day and were told there would be a restock fee! Yeah Im not joking this place is a RIPOFF!!! Mike Baker the owner offered no help and wouldnt return my calls when I tried to contact him concerning the situation. It took months to get our money back no thanks to him!
Go to the other stores in New Bern - see teresa at the glenburnie road store! She is the manager there and set us up with great deals on all new phones - she was a pleasure to work with!
But most of all dont get scammed by the scum at Cellular Sales by the mall!!!
