Danny Beydoun Highly mis representation of company services as well as organization. Deliberate efforts to use new employee resource information without any committment to help support and develop business

Company Business Director, Danny Beydoun presented a highly progressive company with substantial resources and on a high growth trac to capture major market share from competitors. He suggested that "prospective customers can save in excess of 15% of there processing charges and have long been waiting for the level and quality of services and savings which is provided by Merchant Hub, and the growth potential is huge" and you can easily expect to earn in excess of $75,000 to $100,000 per year.

Danny Beydoun represented that Merchant Hub has a comprehensive training program and experienced sales people would join me in meetings with prospective customers that I solicited, thereby lending support to finalize sales.

He also represented that experienced operations people would train me in the installation and setting new accounts into the Merchant Hub System.

To further induce me and other sales people to join the company, He offered $500 bonus for the first 2 customers signed in the first 30 days, and progressive bonuses for increased business for the subsequest 3 months.

The reality

After 60 days I learned that Merchant Hub is not a significant factor in the Market Place and does not have the corporate infastructure to support ANY of Danny Beydoun's claims and suppositions. At best the company is struggling to retain any significant market share in Florida and other markets.

I also learned that the Agent Agreement which specifies that sales must be ongoing, however in discussing this with my attorney, I learned that this provision is not enforceable because it violates Florida labor laws, due to the 2 year non compete provisions in the agreement. On this basis Merchant Hub may not withold commissions earned, unless the customer terminated services with Merchant Hub.

There is no sales training program, experienced sales people expect to share in the compensation (which was not explained in the interview / presentation) which was their primary motivation. Ultimately they would position themselves to take the business when the new sales person was unsuccessful.

There was no installation training programming for new customer installation, there are no procedure manuals, installation guides, policies and procedures for me to follow or to provide to new customers, in the event they had questions.installations were a nightmare because the system requirements for the customers and webservices were not clearly defined, thereby resulting in major downloading problems, caused by incompatible hardware and technical problems which took as long as 23 hours for a process that should be completed in less than 3 hours. There was no additional compensation for the added hours and visits to customers, and I had to absorb this cost.

During the sales solicitations, I learned that there were as many as 3 or sometimes more competitors all solicitating the same prospective customers and was usually told that there is no interest and the possibility of savings is not significant given the probable disruption to their business, during the transition.in many cases the customer used the proposal to leverage their existing providers.in reality this is an everybody looks out for themselves FIRST enviornment.

I was not paid the bonuses, promised alledging that the installation took too long and customer billing had not started within the 30 day period. (non of which was stipulated) In fact Merchant Hub lacked the personnel to perform the installation and I encountered scheduling conflicts that prevented the customer installations to be completed within the time frame, and I had no control over these factors.

After several argumentative exchanges, the director in Michigan agreed to pay only 50% of the bonus earned.

Commissions were not paid on a timely basis and the commission breakdown was not provided, therefore it was not possible to determine if the commission was consistant with the Agent Agreement.in fact merchant Hub has continued to stipulate that I must generate sales every month to collect my commissions, which I advised them was not within the legal framework of Florida Labor Laws.

I would strongly urge to keep away form Merchant Hub, especially Danny Beydoun who is only out for himself and lacks the ethics as well as organizational and management skills to run the company. He will say what ever is necessary to try to win you over but his motives are all selfishly based. I have argued with Dany and his counterpart Morgan Halabu in Michigan Office about commission payments and it has only been due to legal threats that I was paid any commissions.
