1st National Merchant Service, Total Merchant Services Company mislead customers to believe that they are working with their current Merchant a practice consistent with slamming which is illegal. St Petersburg, Treasure Island

This company has no training, or employee manual to detail the sales pitch to potential customers.

The management told employees not to tell the "Merchant Customer" our company name, or that the company was not their current service provider.

This practice is consistent to telephone companies "slamming" potential customers and changing their service provider without their knowledge, this is an illegal as well as unethical practice.

Many customers called back to say that they were mislead regarding the change of their current Merchant provider. Christine was to receive all complaint calls, no exceptions. My desk was outside her office so I heard numerous calls.

The FL Department of State Division of Corporations lists a minimum of 4 name changes in reference to this company. Harry Carter claims to be President, he is never in the office, Yvonne L Crescenzi, Harry's wife is VP, Sheila A Gantt, CFO/SEC.
You do not want to work for them or do business with them. Be aware.
