They sold door to door these rebates. If you bought for something like $30 for the rebates and then you would get a $25 visa card for ever rebate you filed (submit with $100 worth of receipts)
Surprised I did get 1 card but then got a returned o sender. I saw another person list this so thought i would include mine.
