I won an auction last night for a ps3 saved 80 bucks. Until i used my free bids I won with the auction (50) I have never received an email telling me when the item will ship or anything, except an email that says please open the attached pdf for terms and conditions which when you try to open, only takes you to the acrobat site. I have emailed swoopo 3 times now with no response.By the time all was said and done. I have spent $320.00 dollars on a item that I could have gotten for 299.00 with an extra controller no less. I have contacted chase bank and visa they can find no contact number for this company. What kind of legitimate company has no phone number a back can even find. I feel like a dunce. Chase and Visa are telling me I can do nothing before the charges go through. Great find out this company has 100's of page of complaints under their other name in the UK no Phone number no information on when and how the item I "WON" (supposedly) will come and I now read that people have waited months time and time again being put off and never receiving said item, plus I also see many post where the take forever to charge the used payment. Hmmm let me guess they know the game banks play with not being able to take a charge off till posted and hope people give up. I have dropped 320.00 dollars of my hard earned money for a entertainment item and feel like total shit where's the fun in that and plus even if I receive the item says most items ship in 14 days are you kidding me I pay 13 dollars shipping and it takes at the minimum 2 weeks. Right on their website has all kinds for quotes from supposed winner and how they received their item in 5 days. I consider my self very computer savey as far as websites no anymore. And I have never in my history tried to block a debit charge. Banks are the top cream of the scum here. They want to charge me 35 dollars for each charge to block them. Well funny how there where only 2 bidders down to 15 seconds and then the auction got 15 users and went on for almost an hour after that. I had to keep buying more bids to not lost the 200 I already dropped. And since a company doesn't even have the professionalism to post a number anywhere on the web or their site who the hell is to say they don't have phantom bidders. I can not believe my bank is now going to make me wait till the charges go through to dispute the charges even though I can now provide them with page after page of deceptive practices online. Not to mention there is a coupon online for 20 off for the 1st time winning bidder and guess what there is no way to enter said coupon. I could go on and on but all I have to say at this point is I would be hiding if I where that Howard pr*k. The way he came off in his letters to you tells the whole story right there. F... Sum bag mother F... I will win this and probably never trust online purchases again. I jumped in head first and forgot my street smarts and got raped. Another outrageous thing as you posted is there values are no where near what you can actually buy the item for and right next to the item while your bidding they have last auction that supposedly someone won the 300.00 dollar ps3 for 5 bucks yeah right if that where true this would be a gold mine to buy things and resell o n real sites like ebay. Thanks for letting me spout off about this I don't know what I'm going to do if I don't get my money back now.
