PayPal refunded money out of my account to a person in Australia without any proof that the person did or did not receive the items in question. They know that there's no tracking outside of the United States on USPS packages, but they require all of the sellers to prove they shipped and the customer received, while the customer does not have to prove anything.
I ship approximately 10 international packages a week. Three Australian customers received their packages in Jan/Feb, and one didn't, the first for me. PayPal refunded the money without looking at my track record, in which I can provide the information they need to see that I always ship, and I have never lied and don't intend to start now. I sent the Stamps.com invoice number where I purchased the stamp for the envelope. Why would I buy a $14.00 stamp and not send the package? Hello! I just want them to make some changes over there and provide a little protection for the seller as well.
