Pay Pal refunded money out of my account to a person in Australia without any proof that the person did or did not receive the items in question. They know that there's no tracking outside of the United States on USPS packages but they require all of the sellers to prove they shipped and the customer received but the customer does not have to prove anything. I shipped approx. 10 International packages a week. 3 Austrailian customers received their packages in Jan/Feb, one didn't, the first for me. Without looking at my track record in which I can provide the information they need to see that I always ship and I have never lied and don't intend to start now. I sent the Stamps.com invoice number where I purchased the stamp for the envelope. Why would I buy a $14.00 stamp and not send the package. Hello! I just want them to make some changes over there and provide a little protection for the seller as well.
