On the 5th of feb i ordered 2 pre paid phones for my 2 younger sons as a reward for honor roll. The initial charge was authorized and deducted, $275.38. On the 10 of feb i was charged 2 more times in the at 275.38 and another 275.38 again on the 13th feb another 275.38. Ive consistantly called and been rerouted to non english speakin reps concerning this matter the 2nd and 3rd charge was eventualy refunded with no explination as to why. I payed out of my own pocket the over draft fees, on the 10th my order arrived with 1 phone as appose to 2 that i ordered. Upon calling i was notified that the second phone was on back order, again with no e mail or response as to what is going on. The transaction that occured on the 13th which took my bill money and my bank automaticaly charged me an over draft fee once again and a late charge for my auto insurance, once again made multiple calls to corp office again givin the run around as to whyy they keep charging me in total an excess of 826.13, not including fees payed for their neglegence i again called only to be told someone will contact me shortly, 3 days later no response again called and demanded a supervisor to be told i have reached the top of the line and someone will contact me again. Due to lack of proffessionalism i have decided to contact legal advice. I requested a company liscence # and was refused and told i was not allowed to record any conversations with the multiple representatives. I am a mother of 4 children and work hard to budget my finances and now im unable to pay bills that are due presently.
