Cricket Wireless, Cricket found another way to charge $85 on a $55 calling plan

I have had numerous problems with CricketCommunications. I had to stop shopping at one franchise store because the guy who owned the franchise would blatently hit on my wife every time I went in there with her. He would ask if she would come back in to pay our bills after I went to work or just sit there and flirt when I was standing right next to her. He also ripped us off numerous times; Charging us way too much, only giving us the marked prices if we were willing to give him our old phones and ALL the extra equipment we had with those phones...

After we stopped shopping there, we started going to the mall and shopping (another Cricket franchise) where they could never get the bill straight. Every time we went there to pay, they would try to overcharge us by at least $20.00. Then, when we would ask them why there were extra charges, they never knew the answer and would tell us to either call the 800 number ourselves or drive to the Corporate store. I have even been on the phone with the 800 number when I went in to pay, and had the person on the phone tell me how huch I owed, and they still tried to overcharge me at the store, and I am not talking about a small processing fee to at the store.

Now, on Dec. 3rd my wife and I bought 2 of the new kyocera phones with the flip open keyboard, and spent over $340 on each phone. At the end of Dec. We payed the first bills (we are on separate accounts). We again, at the end of Jan. Went into the corp. Store to pay our bills. We payed $65 and some change, per line. Only to wake up the next morning and find that the phone was shut off. I called the 800 again, and was told, " It is an exsisting charge from back in November for $2.00... That $2 eventually ended up getting your phone shut off, and now a re-instatement fee, costing a total of $19, would you like us to charge that to your card?" NO, I don't want that charged to my card, how come that $2 has not been charged to me on either of the two bills I have payed in full and on time since then instead of turning into a $19 charge and shutting off my phone? Obviously, I wanted to pay my bill in full, why did they not charge me that amount yesterday, when I drove through 1 1/2 feet of snow to downtown Spokane to pay my bill?

I have had Cricket for quite some time now, I have bought countless new phones from them, countless accessories, and who knows how much extra money in processing fees just to pay my bill, ringtones, ringbacks, roamong, etc... I guess thats just not enough though, you also have to call and fight with them on a monthly basis as well to keep your service on.

By the way, good luck calling the 800 number and being able to speak to someone who fluently speaks english!
