SIMPLE PAY Horrible Customer Service Stated 8-15 days Took 26 Days & Still Didn't Get It Right! Internet

I filed my taxed Jan 21.

I was told I would have my return DD within 8-15 days of filing because I signed up for SIMPLE PAY.

#1 Turned out to be TWENTY SIX DAYS

#2 I didn't even get my funds DD'ed because their system truncated my Bank acct Number, causing my bank to reject the DD and return it back to H&R. Therefore, I GOT A CHECK EIGHT DAYS LATER.

#3 Their customer service is a bunch of illiterate dummies who don't want to work.

Just steer clear from the simple pay and if at all possible, the whole website completely.
Do your taxes online for free at the IRS website.

I lost my house because of H&R Block, and I have proof of that and that none of the errors were MY mistake.
