Purchased a piece of HD Design furniture from my local Fred Meyer store, to surprise my wife. When I got home and unboxed the components, everything was there except the parts needed to assemble the furniture.
Called the HD Design phone number on the box... Sat on hold for 20 mins. Once a person finally answered the phone all they did was refer me to "Courtyard Creations" at 1 (877) 539-7436. I tried calling them over 20 times... Still no answer. Called the store to see if they could provide me parts... NOPE!
Learned a lesson... NEVER buy HD Designs furniture. Company should be SHUT DOWN!
