Its the same old story with Phil. Always stealing deposits and NEVER securing the loan. He stole from Seniors and a Church. He has no ethics or conscious. He went as far as promising this 80 year old man to return his deposits for nearly a year. He made this man go to the bank repeatedly to look for his wire and of course it never came. He is a SOCIOPATH and a Thief.
