I hired LuggageFree to ship back to me in Massachusetts a suitcase that I left at my mother's house in San Diego, since I was in India for five weeks following my San Diego visit. The bag was picked up in San Diego on Tuesday, February 2, and was to be delivered no later than February 10. The bag has not arrived and no-one at LuggageFree knows where it is. LuggageFree seems to have no tracking in place whatsoever, as no-one in the company was aware that the shipment was late or missed. There continues to be no trace of its whereabouts.
