I really can't tell what happen. I don't remember ordering anything from them. I subscribed to Trafficwave.com and to Global NPN. I got a bill from these people

I am not familiar at all with who this is. I looked on my bank statement and saw that they took out $28.64 from my account. I haven't received anything either by mail or internet. When I contacted my bank they said my account looks like it has been compromised and I should get a new card. The phone number was incomplete on my bank statement and the bank had no further information.
