Do not go to this clinic. I participated in their program and followed the protocol to the tee. I also starved on the third day when you begin to go on the low calorie restriction part of the program. I was reassured over and over again that i would not be hungry because of the hcg shots i was receiving. I was soooo hungry that i gave up diet by the evening of the first day that you really start diet. Distressed, dehydrated, and with aching feet due to having what i found out later to be low potassium.
I have talked and heard real people who have followed this diet with sucsess. I wish i was in their state! I feel inclinded to share my story as i would want no one to go through what i went through. I down play it here but i really didn't feel well for about three days, after i quit the diet. I did go to the doctor and got checked out and other then what i listed above nothing was wrong with me. No diabetes, low sugar, or over active thyroid. I am just an average size woman at 5'3 167 lbs, who wanted to lose some weight. So you be the judge, and beware before going on this extreme diet!!!
